- Life has had its ups and downs. With breaks inbetween, now am doing Nithya Dhyan for the past two months continuously.

I was just watching a slideshow screensaver of him I wake up to every morning and reaching out and touching the screen....and thinking of what a powerful connection I have to him....and all the incredible healing he has done for me....and I have not even been in his physical presence! It is time......I Am so grateful....it is time. :)
