From 3D, someone told me that the in the 3rd step, it should inhale thru the RIGHT nostril with "SUM" and HOLD by mentally chanting "HUM SUM" then exhale thru the Left nostril with "HUM".

- 1)Swamiji healed me from my cervix cancer in July 2006 after I attened NSP in Bidadi.
2)In had my healer's initiation in Jan 2007, Swamiji awakened my higher intelligence and I had jumped out of rat race by leaving my corporate life and follow my heart
3) The Kundalini awakening is the most precious gift He has given me. :) Amazing!
