Did anyone observed that while listening to the songs in nithyananda.net and doing suryanamaskars how much time does it take? ... it is amazing ... it took me 2 hours .. here the amazing thing is that after two hours the songs got stopped and exactly my 108 also got completed , so it was time to relax and travel internally.
