It is always lovely to hear Swamiji speak on Devi worship and today's Mother's Day Morning Message was no exception. So fun to see Kali at play in this divine Leela to protect and revitalize the Vedic culture in a huge way.

I want to share with you all this deeply moving, beautiful video clip in which Swamiji explains in depth about Mother worship, especially since He said tonight that it is one subject that creates a traffic jam in His throat.

This discourse on the Significance of Sri Vidya Puja was given at the Duarte ashram in LA in September, 2007. It was also the official announcement of the purchase of the LA temple property.

After His discourse, He then initiated us all into the puja Himself. Can you imagine? Can you just imagine being initiated into this intensely powerful ritual directly by Swamiji, who Himself practiced this puja DAILY for nearly 8 years?!! There are no words to describe the effect of that experience that still is alive in us all who were there that night.

He is such a compassionate Master that I trust anyone listening to this discourse will rise in love and connection with our divine Mother. So let us listen deeply, imbibe and mother the Cosmos so that we merge with Him to become Mother of the Cosmos.
