Sit in Padmasana:

1) Lahari Pranayama : Breathe in with short and fast inhalation and exhalation.Inhale left /hold / exhale right / inhale right / hold / exhale left – Do it continously – 3 minutes
2) Kapalabhati Pranayama : Breathe out short and fast as you pull your abdomen in and up – do this continuously - 3 minutes
3) Andholi pranayama : Roll your tongue and inhale through the mouth and nostrils / hold as long as you can judiciously / exhale slowly – 21 times
