Sit in Andhasana : Sit in squatting position,bend the kness,bendforward,head between the knees,keep the elbows adjacent to the knees,hold the head with your hands
1) Brahmari kumbhaka : Inhale rapidly with the sound of a Black Bee m..mmm… / hold as long as you can judiciously/ exhale slowly with the sound of a Black Bee m..mm… - Do it intensly for 21 minutes
